1. Which mode to pick

      • Mode 3 — Personal Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail) interactive login
      • Mode 4 — Microsoft Office 365 / work account interactive login
      • Mode 8 — Graph Tokens headless send using saved tokens.json
      • Modes 4 and 8 often need a license above Standard

2. First login (get tokens)

      • Open Send Campaign
      • Choose Mode 3 or Mode 4
      • Start and complete the browser sign-in
      • Px Mailer saves tokens to pxmailer/tokens.json
      • Confirm a test message sends successfully

3. Headless sending with Mode 8

      • Make sure tokens.json already exists from Mode 3/4
      • Choose Mode 8 — Microsoft Graph Tokens
      • Select accounts in the GUI if multiple tokens are present
      • Start the campaign — tokens refresh during long runs

4. Shared mailbox tip

      • Set USE_MAILBOX in Settings / config.ini when sending as a shared mailbox
      • Save settings before starting

5. Disconnect / refresh login

      • To clear Microsoft login, delete or replace pxmailer/tokens.json
      • Or run Mode 3/4 again to overwrite tokens
      • This is different from Tools → Unlink device (that only moves the software license)

6. Checklist

      • Internet access required for OAuth and Graph
      • Keep tokens.json private
      • Test with one account before scaling threads
