Do I need Python installed? No. The packaged Windows EXE includes all runtime dependencies. Edit config files under pxmailer/ and launch the application directly.

Can I use both the GUI and command line? Yes. The GUI is the recommended entry point. The same backend supports headless CLI operation for automation.

How do I personalize emails per recipient? Load leads into leads.txt, then use placeholders for email, lead name, link, and QR code in message.txt and attachment templates.

Which Microsoft send mode should I use? Mode 3 for interactive personal Outlook/Hotmail login. Mode 4 or 8 for Office 365 / Graph with saved tokens. Mode 8 is ideal for unattended runs once tokens.json is populated.
