A. No. The packaged Windows EXE includes all runtime dependencies. Edit config files under pxmailer/ and launch the application directly.

A. Yes. The GUI is the recommended entry point (pxmailer_gui.py or the EXE). The same backend supports headless CLI operation for automation.
Q. How do I personalize emails per recipient?
A. Load leads into leads.txt (JSON or pipe-delimited), then use placeholders like {email}, {leadname}, {link}, and {qrcode} in message.txt and attachment templates.
Q. Which Microsoft send mode should I use?
A. Mode 3 for interactive personal Outlook/Hotmail login. Mode 4 or 8 for Office 365 / Graph with saved tokens. Mode 8 is ideal for unattended runs once tokens.json is populated.
