1. Attach local files
- Put files under pxmailer/attach/ (recommended)
- On Send Campaign, enable attachments and pick files
- Or set ADD_ATTACHMENT=1 and list paths in ADD_ATTACHMENT_PATH (comma-separated, relative to pxmailer/)
- Placeholders inside HTML attachments are replaced per lead
2. HTML → PDF
- Open Settings → HTML Conversions
- Set HTML2PDF to True
- Use .html / .htm files as attachments
- Px Mailer converts them to PDF before send (Playwright/Chromium path)
- Optional: set PDF_PASSWORD (static text or a placeholder)
3. HTML → DOCX / EML
- Enable HTML2DOCX for Word conversion
- Enable HTML2EML for .eml conversion
- EML options can set embedded attachment path and From/To/CC style fields
- Some conversion options need Advanced+ license
4. Generated PDF from pdf_conf.ini
- Use attachment type for auto-generated PDF when configured
- Edit pdf_conf.ini fields (title, body, button link, footer, etc.)
- Those fields support placeholders too
5. Test attachments
- Send one test email to yourself
- Open the attachment and confirm personalization + password if used
- Check Activity Log if conversion fails
6. Tips
- Keep attachment files reasonably small
- Validate HTML before enabling conversion
- Use test leads before a full run
